We are actively buying in most major markets for our own portfolio, while assisting our network of seasoned investors looking for individual assets for our Joint-Venture Partnerships.
What We Do
We buy non-performing and performing notes via relationships with banks, hedge funds, and private equity groups. Our investors become the bank through the purchase of secured debt.
Each mortgage is individually evaluated through five strategic exit strategies to ensure they meet the investment parameters of our portfolio of the specifications of our Joint Venture Partners.
We work through our licensed vendors to find a win-win solution to each borrower’s unique situation whenever possible. Foreclosure is promptly started when a resolution is not feasible.
